Computer settings.Access “Privacy & security”, then click “Device Security” button.

Confirm whether Core Isolation in the computer settings has been turned off. If it is not already turned off, turn off.

Then restart computer.Open the installation directory of the scoring software, open the dongle driver program.

Click “Install Driver” button. When the dialog box pops up, click OK.

Click “Exit” button.
