Install Dongle key (Softdog) on Windows 11
While using the Sofdog dongle key which be provided by us, the software prompts “Please insert your USB Dongle Key” during startup. it might becaused by the kernel protect of the Windows System. Following steps can be take to close the kernel protection.
Goto Computer settings, “Privacy & security” page, click on “Device Security”.
Turn the Memory integrity “Off”, and restart the PC.
The software should be able to recognize the dongle key now.
In case its still not working, try reinstall the dongle driver with the following steps.
Open the installation directory of the software (“C:Program Files\Kazovision\” by default), run the dongle driver installation program.
Click “Install Driver” button. click OK.
Then “Exit” the installation.
You may try again with open the software now.
