Ball Speed Sensor Pre-Match Preparation
Step 1: Place the Ball Speed Sensor in a suitable position (a nearby power supply is required). Please refer to: https://knowledge.kazovision.com./doku.php?id=sports:ball:ball_speed_sensor_placement
Step 2: Complete the Ball Speed Sensor connection and Ultra Score software settings. Please refer to: https://knowledge.kazovision.com./doku.php?id=sports:ball:ball_speed_sensor_connections
Step 3: Confirm the Ball Speed Sensor parameter settings as follows:
a. Power on
Press the red “ON/OFF” button at the bottom right to power on; press it again to power off.
b. Confirm the speed unit: KM/H
(Note: The default ball speed unit is kilometers per hour.)
c. Press the “TRANSMIT” button at the top left and confirm that “XMIT” is lit.
(Note: “XMIT” indicates that the Ball Speed Sensor is in automatic speed measurement mode and can measure speeds continuously.)
d. Press the “PEAK” button and confirm that “PEAK” is lit.
(Note: When PEAK is lit, the ball speed sensor will display the highest ball speed measured.)
e. Press the “MENU” button and confirm that “RANGE” is set to 4.
(Note: RANGE is the speed measurement sensitivity; thresholds 1–4 are available, with 4 being the highest sensitivity.)
f. Press the “MENU” button and confirm that “DIR” is set to “Inb”.
(Note: DIR is the direction of the measured ball speed; Inb, Outb, and both are available. Inb: the ball is moving toward the ball speed sensor; Outb: the ball is moving in the same direction as the ball speed sensor.)
g. Press the “MENU” button and confirm that “HIT” is set to “OFF”.
(Note: HIT measures the highest speed when the ball is hit and changes direction. ON enables this function; OFF disables it.)
Step 4: After confirming the Ball Speed Sensor parameter settings, pull the trigger once to exit the menu.
Or, after changing the ball speed sensor parameter settings, pull the trigger once to save the settings.
