1. Method 1: Select the competition on the Results Management Server, then perform the import settings as shown in the figure below.

Click “Import.” Select “Online Tournament System,” enter the “URL” and “Token”, and check it if you need to auto Load Athlete Photos. Otherwise, leave it unchecked. Then click “OK”.

Login in the tournament management system with administator account, clicks on “Data download” under the “Registration” section, and then copy the server URL and Token.

2. Method 2: Download the XML or CSV file for the corresponding competition from above, then perform the following operations on the Results Management Server as shown in the figure below.“

Click “Import.” Select “Entry File (EXCEL,CSV,XML)” and click “Choose File” button. Import “XML” or “CSV” file.

3. Method 1 has no import restrictions, while Method 2 requires that the Results Management Server can access the Internet.
